Our principals, Aden Lima and Will Nguyen, have an intimate knowledge of the high-end North American luxury market and its operations. With a reputation for attentive and personal service, Collective Form ensures that clients’ interests are represented from initial concept to the finished product. Will Nguyen has exclusively represented global luxury brands and has extensive experience working with highly exacting clientele. Before co-founding Collective Form, Will managed and opened new showrooms in the west coast for Moura Starr International. Prior to that, he worked at Ralph Pucci International, assisting with the opening of the west coast division and expanding their footprint with key design accounts. Will began his career with Williams-Sonoma, after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin.
